These terms and conditions apply to the Tuki app ('Application') for mobile devices created by Erik Hansen ('Service Provider'), offered as an Ad Supported service.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for its services at any time. Any fees will be clearly communicated.
The Application stores and processes personal data you provide to deliver the Service. You are responsible for maintaining your device’s security. Jailbreaking or rooting your device may expose it to risks and could prevent the Application from functioning correctly.

Some features require an internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible for service interruptions or data charges by your provider, including roaming fees.
The Service Provider may update the Application to remain compatible with device OS requirements. You agree to accept updates when offered to continue using the Application.
The Service Provider may update these Terms & Conditions. You should review this page regularly. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
